8.15pm - Lie down to continue in total relaxation with live acoustic guitar and voice at 432Hz and Soundbath with Essenian Healing Sounds, Tibetan bowls, Koshi Chimes, Rain Stick...
9pm onwards - tea and nibbles🍵
