7pm - Yin Yoga session, gentle movements and Breathwork where Rani, accompanied by Antonello Brunetti on the acoustic guitar tuned at 432Hz, will help you release tension from your body, calm your mind and immerse yourself in a state of total bliss.
8.15pm - Lie down to continue in total relaxation with live acoustic guitar and voice at 432Hz and Soundbath with Essenian Healing Sounds, Tibetan bowls, Koshi Chimes, Rain Stick...
9pm onwards - tea and nibbles🍵
