CLASSES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

Class Booking Policy

1. Booking & Payment: All yoga class bookings must be made in advance through our online platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a full refund or class credit. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the class fee.

3. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full class fee. Please notify us if you cannot attend.

4. Class Transfers: You can transfer your booking to another class within the same week, subject to availability.

5. Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session for safety and comfort reasons.

6. Health & Safety: By attending class, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions. You waive any claims against the instructor, studio, and associated parties for any injuries sustained during the class.

7. Class Modifications: Instructors may modify or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

COURSES AND WORKSHOPS - ENROLMENT, DEPOSIT FEE AND PAYMENT

To be able to enrol on a course, you have to book the course through our EVENTS page, paying the deposit fee indicated for the course.

You can pay the remaining amount of the course fee on the first day of the course if you pay cash, or no longer than 2 weeks before your course is due to start, otherwise you will lose your place in the course. 
For particular circumstances, we can decide to split the payment in two or more rates/installments.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

30-DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled hire date:
You will receive a full refund of the remaining balance, if already paid.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

​

If payment was made by card, any refund will be issued minus processing fees.

​

In the event that a booking spans several dates, those dates shall be treated collectively as one block booking, to which this policy shall apply exclusively from the commencement date of the sequence.

How to Cancel

Please provide your booking reference number and details of your cancellation.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days, depending on the cancellation timeframe.

​

No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your booked session without prior notice, the full hire fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

​

30-DAY RESCHEDULING POLICY

Bookings may be rescheduled once, provided you notify us at least 30 days in advance of the original hire date.

​

• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

• A £50 rescheduling fee applies to all approved changes.

• Requests made within 30 days of the hire date will be treated as cancellations, and the above cancellation policy will apply.
