Service Description
Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons use gentle movement explorations to help cultivate greater ease and comfort in the body. Movements are usually slow and attentive, making it easier to notice inner sensations and subtle changes. Practicing in this way can help promote: • Ease, comfort, and reduced bodily tension • A sense of inner connection and self-awareness • Overall well-being ATM lessons can be beneficial for people from all walks of life — including performers, athletes, seniors, and anyone seeking support with chronic tension or discomfort. No prior experience is necessary. Classes will run from 6 - 7 pm on Thursdays and cost £12. There are limited spaces, please email me if you are interested. Email: dilanneumann@gmail.com
