Sun Salutations: A series of flowing movements to build heat and energy. Flow Sequences: A combination of standing and seated poses linked together, often including variations to challenge different levels. Balance Poses: Incorporate balancing poses to enhance stability and concentration. Cool Down: Gradually slow down with restorative poses and stretches.
