COURSE CONTENT:
We often have the feeling of being stuck in patterns we don't fully understand, sometimes thinking that we are unlucky or that life is unfair; and we tend to identify ourselves with our personalities and the events that we lived, which made us who we are today...
But what if we are not really that part of our personality?
We may discover we are much more than we think, reconnecting with our higher self and our soul's purpose!
This workshop will help us explore the limiting beliefs we have absorbed from society, family, etc, and how our reality has been shaped by the interpretation we gave to some events that we lived in a traumatic way, together with offering tools to change the repetitiveness of these cycles, understanding the lessons to learn, to free ourselves and go beyond our wounds!
The workshop will include:​

Specific Meditations to go explore the origin of these repetitive patterns, understanding our hidden wounds.

Exercises to express ourselves and rediscover who we are!

Information about our subtle bodies, chakras and Aura, and how our physical body is connected to our energetic system, following the teaching of the Essenes and Essenian Healing.

"Thought Forms": understanding what they are, and how they affect our lives, attracting events and creating our reality.

Understanding how our beliefs are affecting our health and wellbeing, through events happened in childhood and the personal interpretation of reality.

Group Work on the importance of words and thoughts we emit daily, and how we can change them in a positive way.

DESCRIPTION:
Through her experiences in non-physical worlds and other dimensions, Anne Givaudan has developed a very particular approach to Birth and Death. Dr. Antoine Achram has practiced neonatal medicine in the maternity wards, as well as internal medicine. The experiences of both come together to offer us a different point of view of those moments which are birth, death and rebirth, with meditations and exercises that will help us understand better our Life purpose here on Earth.

We mourn the dead and celebrate births without knowing that on the other side of the veil the situation is reversed. So, should we rejoice or cry?
Let's embark on a jurney to discover what happens during the process of reincarnation.
How can we better understand what we came to this planet to do?
What did we experience in the nine months before we were born?
Together with Anne Givaudan and Antoine Achram, we will touch these great moments of life more closely to make our current life more beautiful and joyful, and to take back control of our life story.

<<If you are considering doing Essenian Healing then don't hesitate as it will change your own life profoundly!
